4. Order Process
Orders placed through the website or directly with our sales managers are subject to confirmation.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any order at our discretion.
Upon confirmation, we will issue a proforma invoice including the total amount due and payment instructions.
5. Payment
Payments are currently accepted via bank transfer, based on the details provided in the invoice.
Full prepayment (100%) is required before shipment.
We plan to offer additional payment methods, including credit and debit card payments, in the future.
6. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, shipping method, and external circumstances.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs procedures, or force majeure events.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with European Union regulations, business customers have the right to return goods under certain conditions.
- Return requests must be made within 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Used, damaged, or custom-cut textile materials are not eligible for return.
- Customers must contact us in advance at support@lpd-trade.eu to arrange the return.
- Customers may choose between receiving a refund or exchanging the product.
Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
We reserve the right to inspect returned goods before issuing a refund or exchange.
8. Warranty
Due to the nature of textiles and fabrics, we do not provide standard warranties beyond those required under applicable Bulgarian and European Union laws.
Products are sold “as described” without additional guarantees.
9. Limitation of Liability
Our liability for any claim arising from a purchase is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product.
We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of LPD TRADE LTD and is protected by intellectual property laws.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
